About Us
NewAtik was founded in London by Jonathan Buzzi, driven by a clear observation: the hospitality industry is filled with valuable furniture and equipment that often ends up lost, stored, or discarded. With years of experience in the field, Jonathan saw how every stage in a restaurant's lifecycle, opening, renovation and closure. All these phases lead to unnecessary waste and overlooked value. Storage is expensive. Disposing of assets costs money. And the process is rarely efficient. NewAtik was created to change that. It’s a platform designed for all players in the hospitality sector to resell, recover, and repurpose with simplicity and speed.

Jonathan Buzzi - Founder
Born and raised in Switzerland, Jonathan Buzzi is a hospitality professional with international experience spanning New York, Hong Kong, Verbier, Stockholm, and London. A graduate of the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne, Jonathan has worked across multiple facets of the industry. Gaining a deep understanding of its challenges, cycles, and untapped potential.
Now based in London, NewAtik is born. A marketplace built to rethink how hospitality businesses manage, move, and monetise their assets. The mission is clear: to help operators recover value, reduce waste, and take smarter control of their resources through a circular and digital solution.
