AnyVan & NewAtik - Delivery Guide

Step 1 - Access the AnyVan Booking Page

On the product page of your chosen item, you’ll find a link directing you to AnyVan’s Man & Van services. Enter the collection and delivery postcodes to receive an instant quote.

Step 2 - Select Items and Quantity

Once your route is entered, you’ll be prompted to indicate what type of item is being moved and how many pieces. Use this page to provide accurate information.

Step 3 - Choose Date and Assistance Level

Select a collection date from the calendar and choose the level of assistance needed. One or two people depending on your needs. Please do not book same day delivery and allow a minimum of 2 working days to allow the seller to pack the items.

Step 4 - Add Instructions and Additional Options

You’ll be given the option to add special instructions or request additional services. This step is optional but useful for clarifying handling requirements.

Step 5 - Fill In Delivery and Collection Details

Once a purchase is made on NewAtik, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with full address, contact details, and phone number of the seller. These are needed to complete the form on AnyVan.

Step 6 - Confirm and Pay

Review all booking details and proceed to secure payment using a credit or debit card. This finalises your delivery booking with AnyVan.

NewAtik provides a built-in messaging tool that allows buyers and sellers to coordinate directly, making it easy to arrange delivery dates and times.
