• Create your NewAtik account.
• Set up your Stripe to get paid (takes just 2 minutes). You’ll be automatically redirected at the last step of the listing.

Step 2: List an Item

• Upload at least 3 clear photos.
• Write a short title & detailed description.
• Set a price and pick-up location (we’ll only share full address after purchase).

Step 3: Listing Goes Live

• Listings go live within 24 hours.
• Buyers can now message you and review your article.

Step 4: Item Sold - Next Steps

• We hold funds in escrow until the listing is delivered.
• After buyer collects your article, remember to click “Mark as Delivered” to release payment fast. ⚠️

How to coordinate Coordinate the Exchange?

• You agree on a time and date via Newatik’s internal chat.
• The customer will have the option to use AnyVan's services to pick-up the items instead of them.
  • It works exactly the same, except that someone from AnyVan is coming to pick-up the items.

Step 5: Payment is Released

• Once the item is successfully picked up and delivered, payment is released to the seller.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• The money will be deposited within 7-10 working days into your account.

Step 4: Secure Payment and Peace of Mind

• Funds are released only when delivery or pickup is confirmed.
  • You are protected. If the item significantly doesn’t match the description, report it within 48h.
• Your payment is secure and handled by Stripe. No risk on your end.
• After collection, remember to click “Mark as Received” to release payment fast.
