The Pick-Up | Newatik

Newatik works with AnyVan to help you arrange delivery easily and independently. Please note: shipping costs are not included in the item price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Before Purchase

  • Each item listing displays only a partial postcode to give buyers a general idea of the item’s location.
  • A link to AnyVan’s Man & Van service is available directly on the listing page, allowing buyers to estimate delivery costs in advance.

After Purchase

  • Once the transaction is completed, the buyer receives a confirmation email with a link to their internal Inbox page.
  • On this page, the full pick-up address of the item becomes visible.
  • The Inbox also includes a link to AnyVan’s Man & Van booking service.

Newatik | AnyVan

  • AnyVan is recommended for bulky or heavy items that require dedicated transport.
  • Through the provided link, buyers can:
    • Enter the pick-up and delivery details.
    • Choose service options.
    • Pay directly via the AnyVan platform.

Important Information

  • Delivery costs are covered by the buyer.
  • Buyers are asked to give at least 48 hours notice before collecting the item, to allow the seller time to prepare.
